At Ultra-Bond all of our Porcelain Fused to Metal restorations are manufactured by using only premium quality brand name materials. Our alloy manufacturer of choice is Argen(the largest dental gold producer in the world). The alloys we use come in three basic categories: non-precious, noble, and high-noble.

Our high noble alloy of choice is Bio 2000. This alloy has the highest gold content of all the alloys on the market today. It contains no less than 99.7% pure gold. At 24K its biocompatibility is astonishing. Its rich yellow colour gives life to the veneering porcelain resulting in more natural and warm looking appearance.

Due to the extermely high cost of gold nowadays, Ultra- Bond recommends Porcelain Fused to Zirconia. All our PFM restorations are manufactured with Ivoclar Williams Classic porcelain using a three-layer build up technique and characterized to provide an excellent match to the existing natural dentition.
